The tonic that I made was a fresh lemon, ginger and turmeric tea, sweetened with a little local honey. Yum yum. I’m hoping that my brain is smyelin. Ha ha. That’s a new word for smiling with myelin nurturing. B12 next, then sleep.
Meditated for twenty minutes with the sound of the ocean on my timer. Let’s all quietly pray for the ocean for a minute.
